falling film evaporator, also known as spray evaporator, this heat exchanger is similar to the full liquid evaporator, but it is different from the full liquid evaporator。The refrigerant of the evaporator is sprayed from the upper part of the heat exchanger to the heat exchange tube, and the refrigerant only forms a thin layer of refrigerant liquid film on the heat exchange tube, so that the refrigerant reduces the static liquid level pressure when boiling evaporation, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency, and the heat exchange efficiency is increased by about 5 compared with the full liquid unit。Falling film evaporation is flow boiling. Due to the small thickness of the liquid film layer on the outer surface of the tube, the boiling point increases without static pressure and the heat transfer coefficient is high。The bubbles generated by full liquid evaporation (that is, immersion evaporation) are easy to gather on the surface of the heat exchange tube, resulting in decreased heat transfer efficiency, and its heat transfer effect is not as good as falling film evaporation。In general, falling film evaporation belongs to the case of small temperature difference, but to prevent scaling, affecting the heat transfer efficiency。Semi-sealed screw has many advantages, such as no shaft seal leakage, multiple parallel, easy to achieve automatic control and centralized control。At the same time, due to the compact structure and high efficiency of the equipment (the total transfer coefficient is 2-4 times of the tubular evaporator), the disassembly and cleaning is convenient, the liquid holding is small, and the material is short in high temperature, the equipment can be used for juice, dairy and other food concentration。Mainly used in food, fruit juice, vegetable juice, dairy, pharmaceutical, sugar, biological products, environmental protection, sewage treatment, chemical industry media concentration。
